To make sure you receive exactly the right item for your device we might need certain data like your serial number or your product number. On this page we show you how to find this information depending on the manufacturer.
For Acer products we need the model and the entire serial number.
If you're looking for a spare part for a product by Asus, we need the serial number.
If you have a notebook, please also offer us the MB-Version and the model.
To obtain reliable information about Dell notebooks, we need both the model and the so-called "Service Tag".
For Fujitsu products we require the model and the complete serial number.
